So remember how Fort Wayne was very car dependent? This is the view from one of the bus huts in the employee parking lot. A shuttle comes around and picks up people waiting at one of four bus huts and drives them to the Orthopedic hospital entrance. (The hospital is seen in the distance.)
That’s only 700 feet to walk, guys. Are those buses really necessary? If we have to walk 1000 feet, do we get a monorail? Because that’s totally worth it to me if it means we get to have a monorail.
Well, maybe this is complying with some disability law or some such. If that was the case, I guess it was too hard a sale to allow those that need to park closer have spaces close to the building?
