These thoughts are normal for any customer service job.

So was sitting here in the Undergraduate library thinking about what would happen if I set fire to the place and pushed a bookshelf against the doors and waited until I could no longer smell burning MacBook- you know, normal work thoughts- when it occurred to me: do Underground facilities burn up or down? Because my supervisor keeps telling me not to let the place burn down which I don’t really have a smart-ass response to.

    It can burn up and down. There is a lower level as well. Don’t let the place burn down please. or do. It may be beneficial.
